You are under no obligation to provide us with personal information of any kind on the Site; however, your refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain features of the Site or prevent us from communicating with you. Some categories of personal information will be required if you decide to apply for or rent a rental housing unit which we manage (See Data Relating to Application for or Rental of a Housing Unit below). In addition to the Personal Data described above, if you decide to apply for or rent a rental housing unit at a property we manage, we may also collect personal information bearing on your credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living from a consumer reporting agency subject to regulation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
